ABOUT RYAN
I was born in North Dakota and then raised in Minnesota until high school. I moved to the east coast for a while and during my senior year of high school came back to Minnesota. I started a wedding company in 2006, it started as a hobby and then a side job and has now become my full time thing. I love collecting different kinds of Root beer, watching movies, bowling, anything involving power tools, and playing games.


ABOUT ALLIE
I was born and raised in Minnesota. For college I finally ventured out and went to school in Wisconsin. I graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a concentration in Graphic Design. I have been working for the past three years at our church as an Administrative Assistant and LOVE IT! I'm fortunate to be able to use my gifts to greater the kingdom of heaven. I love crafts, cake decorating, I Love Lucy, playing games, bowling, watching movies and snuggling with my puppies!

Started dating: February 2008
Got engaged: April 2009
Married: July of 2010

Falkor: poodle #1, 5 years old
Lucy: poodle #2, almost 3 years old


WHY ADOPTION?
Plain and simple, we feel called to be apart of the adoption world. Both of us have always been open to the idea of adoption and knew that would probably be part of our future. Well, we feel like the future is here! We started doing research last summer and after mentally processing all of it, we finally signed the papers in December 2013. We don't know if we can have children of our own - we hope someday to have biological and adopted children.
